Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role requires on-site visits, repairs, software loading and preventive maintenance, with some travel and on-call duties.

The ideal candidate has an electronics background, hands-on experience with testing equipment, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Training staff and coordinating with support teams are also part of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required; 3-5 years field service is common.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel domestically; on-call duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements per contract.
• Handle tasks with minimal supervision and provide excellent customer service.
