Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. You will perform on-site repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel.

The role includes training, coordinating with support teams, completing administrative reports, and meeting SLAs, with on-call duty and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools; able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country and work extended hours, including weekends/holidays; on-call duty may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external support to provide maintenance to end users.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Travel to areas outside home geography may be required on short notice.
