Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance, software loading, and the potential for training new engineers.

Some travel is required and, as a NHA representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service. The position requires electronics/electro-mechanical expertise, ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance, and willingness to work varied shifts including

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent field experience.
3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; may lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
Willingness to travel nationwide and work varied shifts, including on-call.
Must have valid driverÆs license and be able to pass background/security requirements.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products within a defined geographic territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks of equipment.
Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance to end users.
Maintain Service Level Agreements as defined by customer contracts.
Travel occasionally to areas outside home geography as needed by management.
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning on ATMs.
