Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading, preventive maintenance, and customer training.

Travel to sites is required, with on-call duties and a strong focus on timely, quality service. The role demands a solid electronics background, ability to handle electro-mechanical equipment, and physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country and work extended hours when required.
• On-call duty required; compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Handle medium to high complexity products and services.
• Occasional travel outside home geography as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance including diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Complete administrative reports within the allotted time.
• Provide excellent customer service as a NHA representative.
• Maintain company property in good working condition and have a valid driver’s license.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
