Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will provide on-site support including repair, maintenance and software loading, with opportunities to train others and assist with staging and integration of ATMs. Some travel is required.

The role demands technical electronics knowledge, the ability to handle heavy parts, and a flexible on-call schedule to meet service obligations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent field; or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and performing on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and perform maintenance on ATMs within the assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide service.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Travel occasionally outside the home geography as needed.
• Maintain security and inventory compliance during service visits.
