Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) for the Oak Creek, WI area. The role focuses on on-site service, repair and preventive maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory, with some travel required.

Responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, training bank staff, and maintaining service level agreements. You will work with internal teams and support departments to ensure reliable ATM operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
• On-Call duty required with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff on maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Provide on-site support and diagnostics for ATM equipment.
• Maintain service level agreements as defined per contract.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
