Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory. The role includes on-site support, repair, maintenance, and potential training of new team members. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities include installation, repair, software loading, maintenance, and training bank staff or vendors. The position may require occasional travel outside the home geography and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3–5 years field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within defined geography.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for end-user service.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements per contract.
• Travel occasionally outside home geography as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and testing of ATMs.
