Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory. The role includes on-site repair, software loading and preventive maintenance with occasional travel. Training junior technicians and coordinating with support teams may be required.

Candidates should have electronics knowledge, be able to lift heavy parts, and work extended hours with on-call duties. Valid driver's license and security awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required, or 3–5 years in field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work extended hours, including weekends/holidays.
• On-call duty with compensation is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, diagnose, load software and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Meet service level agreements per customer contracts.
• Maintain inventory/spares and complete administrative reports on time.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences as a NHA representative.
