Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.

The role involves on-site repair, maintenance, software loading, and potential training of other engineers, with some travel required. The candidate should have an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3-5 years of field service experience, and a solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with or without assistance.
Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours, including weekends/holidays.
On-call duty required with compensation.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software load, and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
Work with internal and external support teams to provide maintenance for end users.
Maintain service levels as defined per customer contracts and inventory processes.
Complete administrative reports and on-call duties as assigned.
