Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, software loading, preventive maintenance, and potential training of new engineers. Some travel is required and on-call duties are included.

Qualified candidates will have electronics expertise, the ability to use voltmeters, and may have ATM experience or 3–5 years in field service. Flexibility with shifts and travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM field service experience preferred.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work varying shifts including weekends/holidays; on-call required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs in assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning.
• Maintain spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duties.
