Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, software loading, preventive maintenance, and occasional travel. Training duties and collaboration with support teams may be required.

Ideal candidates will have electronics knowledge, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to lift heavy parts and work extended hours. Valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Willingness to travel within the country and work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and preventive maintenance; manage spare parts inventory.
