Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. Day-to-day tasks include installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance of ATMs, with on-site support and occasional travel.

Training of new engineers and coordination with support teams may be required. A valid driver’s license is essential. The role demands ability to work extended hours, on-call duty, and lifting up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• May require an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, prior ATM experience preferred, but not required, or 3-5 years of experience in the field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country if needed on occasion.
• On-Call duty required for all FSE positions with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support to the end user.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements defined per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports within the timelines.
