ATM Field Service Engineer

Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in the United States seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. This on-site role includes repairs, maintenance and replacement services, with some travel required.

You will also train bank staff, coordinate with internal support, handle spare parts, and complete required reports while meeting security and safety standards; on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or 3-5 years field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Can lift up to 80 lbs and use hand tools.
• Willing to travel across the country and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with support departments to provide maintenance support.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports within deadlines.
