Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, performing repairs, maintenance and software loading on-site. Travel may be required to cover various locations.

The role requires an electronics background, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and on-call duties with compensation. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country if needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal and external support to provide maintenance to end users.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports within required timelines.
• Occasional travel outside home geography as needed.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and maintain company assets.
