Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repairs, software loading, and possible training of new engineers. Some travel is required, and on-call duty may be necessary.

The ideal candidate has electronics knowledge, the ability to use voltmeters and hand tools, and can lift up to 80 lbs. Associate degree/equivalent experience and 3-5 years in field service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs in a defined geography.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide service.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duties.
