Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs across assigned territories in the United States. The role includes on-site repair, software loading, preventive maintenance, and occasional travel.

You will train new engineers and support customers, ensuring SLA commitments and high service quality. An associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience is preferred, with 3-5 years in field service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of field service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to travel across the country and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and ensure SLA commitments.
• Occasional travel with short notice to other geographies.
• Complete administrative reports and maintain inventory.
