Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Miami seeks a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines across assigned territory. The role requires on-site work, on-call duty, and occasional travel.

You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, train bank staff, manage parts, complete reports and support customers with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of field service experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal/external support to provide maintenance to end users.
• Complete administrative reports within time lines.
• Flexible on-call schedule and travel as needed to support customers.
