Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory. The role includes on-site support, repair, maintenance and occasional training of new engineers, with some travel required.

The candidate will perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and software loading, and will work with internal and external support to meet service level agreements while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally as needed.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site service and repair support for ATMs.
• Manage inventory and spares; complete administrative reports on time.
