Qualifikationen

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• Catering experience is a plus.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable.
• Food safety knowledge and presentation skills requested.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) required.
