Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for IT, HCM, and Cloud Operations is a plus.
• Proficient in market mapping, Boolean searches, and sourcing strategies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and working with Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce plans.
• Source candidates using multiple channels and build talent pools.
• Define and optimize sourcing strategies and media channels.
• Develop candidate relationships and manage high-touch processes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Support HR and client stakeholders with recruitment activities.
