Atlanticus is seeking a Contract Recruiter / Sourcing Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, posting requisitions, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting or HR support, with proficiency in MS Office and experience using ATS platforms such as Paycom.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR support experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and initial engagement.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.
