Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in recruitment.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment and sourcing experience.
• 5+ years of ATS experience.
• 5+ years of interviewing in a competency/behavioral based framework.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Partners to align sourcing with workforce plans.
• Define sourcing strategy to build talent pools of targeted profiles.
• Develop and optimize broad range sourcing channels for quality candidates.
• Monitor sourcing framework effectiveness against outcomes.
• Provide proactive customer service via phone and email; coach teammates.
