Your networking and organizational skills will drive rapid hiring cycles during peak retail seasons, with a focus on delivering strong candidate fit and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting, retail management, or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through local boards, schools, and online platforms.
• Plan and host in-store job fairs and open-interview days.
• Conduct behavioral phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Maintain ATS records and move candidates through hiring stages.
