AMS is seeking an experienced HR Interviewer to support client hiring managers in filling vacancies and meeting KPIs. You will deliver high-quality assessments, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and guide best-practice resourcing.

This 6-12 month contract role is onsite in Atlanta, GA with a 3 days/week schedule and 20-30 hours per week, reporting to the onsite headquarters. You will work in a client-facing environment, focusing on executive and professional recruitment with

• Provide assessments and recommendations for pilot program fit and skills.
• Build trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders; advise on recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure smooth client and candidate experience.
