Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience; Manufacturing preferred.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 5+ years of ATS experience.
• 2+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
