Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or Talent Acquisition operations.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS preferred.
• Strong experience with interview scheduling, recruiting technologies, and operational processes.
• Experience managing invoices, vendor relationships, or payment administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and seniority levels, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the interview scheduling platform and continuously improve processes.
• Support and administer recruiting operations within Workday and other talent acquisition technologies.
• Process, reconcile, and track recruiting vendor invoices while assisting with vendor management.
• Develop and maintain recruiting process documentation, user guides, training materials, and operating best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology.
