Job summary

Arby's, Inc. in the Atlanta market is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence.

You will develop leadership bench strength, ensure adherence to Operational Standards, and partner with Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market's operating plan. This role requires travel throughout the market and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales and profit performance with a market calendar and regular restaurant visits.
• Coach DM teams on food safety, quality, and service standards; ensure brand audits are completed.
• Staff market with high-quality, well-trained teams and recruit for vacancies.
• Analyze P&L, scorecards, and KPIs to ensure market operating plan is met.
• Develop training Restaurants and maintain training integrity for leadership talent.
• Review DM performance and salaries; recommend adjustments.
• Provide situational leadership and maintain strong operational knowledge.
• Communicate and execute marketing plans across the market; install materials and train staff.
