Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio.
• Ensure execution of Arby's Operational Standards and training processes.
• Recruit and hire District Managers, build talent bench for growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews, analyze P&L, and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate marketing plans and manage market calendar and visits.
