Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. seeks a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio within the market.

The role partners with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market's Annual Operating Plan, ensures adherence to Arby’s standards, and builds leadership capability through targeted development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in restaurant management with multi-unit leadership experience.
• Preferred: experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Knowledge of foodservice operations, brand standards and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Managers across the Atlanta market to drive sales, profit, and operations excellence.
• Conduct regular visits with District Managers and hold performance reviews to ensure accountability.
• Staff leadership and succession planning to build a strong bench of District Managers and General Managers.
• Oversee attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan, analyze P&L and KPIs, and ensure compliance with company standards.
