Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market. You will drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio, while partnering with the Regional VP of Operations to deliver the market's Annual Operating Plan.

You will coach and develop leadership talent, ensure execution of standards, and maintain a high-performance culture across 4–6 districts.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of restaurant management experience including multi-district oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales and profit performance with market calendar and regular restaurant visits.
• Coach District Managers on food safety, product quality, and service speed; ensure brand audits.
• Recruit and staff the market with capable leaders; build a talent bench.
• Review market performance via P&L, scorecards, and KPIs; ensure accuracy of reported numbers.
