Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 4 years as a District Manager overseeing multiple restaurants.
• Proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Prior success in a growth organization; experience with Arby's brand or a comparable QSR concept.
• Demonstrates strategic planning and financial acumen to drive growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of People First across the Atlanta market by engaging, coaching, and recognizing District Managers.
• Drive sales and profit by creating a market calendar and conducting regular restaurant visits.
• Coach General Managers on food safety, product quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Actively recruit and hire District Managers; maintain a robust talent bench.
• Own attainment of the market's Annual Operating Plan by reviewing P&L and KPIs.
• Develop Training Restaurants and ensure LEAD standards are followed consistently.
• Review District Manager performance and manage salary adjustments as needed.
• Communicate business plans and action items to the Regional VP of Operations; drive accountability.
