Qualifications

• Minimum: 8+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Prefer multiple District Manager oversight in a multi-district structure.
• Experience with Arby's brand or similar QSR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers across the Atlanta market.
• Drive sales, profit, and operational excellence for the restaurant portfolio.
• Coach District Managers to ensure brand standards, audits, and guest experience.
• Recruit and build a robust talent bench for future growth.
• Review P&L, KPIs, and financials to ensure accuracy and controls.
• Develop training restaurants and ensure LEAD program integrity.
• Communicate and execute market plans, promotions, and menu launches.
• Travel extensively within the Atlanta market; occasional overnight travel.
