Logixs Search is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Atlanta office to win new shipper accounts across FTL, LTL, and 3PL services. This hunter role focuses on opening doors, building relationships with shippers, and turning first loads into long-term accounts, supported by our carrier network and operations team.

You will own the full sales cycle from first contact and RFQ through onboarding and account growth, collaborate with operations and carrier teams to set up accounts, and grow

Formación

2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales with a proven record of winning new business
Strong understanding of FTL and/or LTL pricing, lanes, and how shippers buy
Confident prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person

Responsabilidades

Prospect and win new shipper accounts across FTL, LTL, and wider 3PL services
Build your pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and your existing network
Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation and RFQ through onboarding and account growth
Work closely with operations and carrier teams so new accounts are set up well and retained
Grow accounts by adding lanes, modes, and value-added services
