Top Talent LLC in Smyrna, GA is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our freight brokerage footprint across the U.S. If you're a hunter with strong industry relationships and a passion for building high-value logistics solutions, we want to talk to you.

You will prospect, pitch, and close new national-level shipper accounts, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, develop tailored logistics solutions (FTL, LTL, intermodal), and lead negotiations with senior decision makers.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience.
• Proven success selling FTL, LTL, intermodal, or multimodal services.
• Strong shipper relationships and a track record of closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as needed.
• (Bonus) Existing book of business or well-developed industry network.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new national-level shipper accounts
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; consistently hit revenue targets
• Develop tailored logistics solutions (TL, LTL, intermodal, specialized)
• Lead high-impact presentations and negotiations with senior decision makers
• Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term success
• Partner with operations and carrier sales to ensure flawless execution
• Stay current on market pricing, capacity trends, and competitive activity
