City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to drive new business in the Atlanta East Region, selling with confidence and integrity while understanding client needs. You will prospect for new clients, present service capabilities, and build lasting relationships as part of a supportive team.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in previous tenures.
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data organization.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Ability to coordinate with operations and marketing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, and handling objections.
• Allocate time for weekly cold-call prospecting.
• Maintain all customer information in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive, professional environment with clients and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
