Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building with local communities and athletes.

You will proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email, coordinate in-person consultations with the coaching team, and track activities in the CRM to help grow memberships. A strong communicator who thrives on follow-up will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
