D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to help launch a new location. You will excel at setting consultations, outbound outreach, closing sales, and building relationships with families, athletes, and organizations in the Lexington area.

This role offers a performance-based environment with a flexible schedule, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing fitness franchise.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Able to make high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, with follow-through.
• Interest in fitness or athletics.
• Independent worker with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
