Job summary

D1 Training - Tampa is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive outreach, book consultations, and build relationships with families and athletes. In this role you will proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email, coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team, and track activity in the CRM to ensure consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
