Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive growth through outbound outreach and proactive appointment setting with families and athletes in the local community. You will work with the coaching team to organize in-person consultations and build lasting relationships that lead to memberships.

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call centers.
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Interest in fitness or helping people improve performance.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
