Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to help athletes of all ages reach their goals by driving appointment-setting and outbound outreach. You will excel at building relationships with parents, athletes, and community partners to create opportunities for in-person conversations and memberships.

In this role you’ll coordinate consultations with the coaching team, respond to inquiries from digital campaigns, and maintain CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable with follow-through.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve performance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
