Job summary

D1 Training is actively seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building within our athletic fitness franchise. This role focuses on turning prospects into in-person consultations that fuel memberships.

You will contact leads by phone, text, and email, coordinate with the coaching team for consultations, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
