Job summary

D1 Training - Franklin Square is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive lead outreach, set consultations, and coordinate in-person demonstrations with our coaching team.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, follows up consistently, and builds strong rapport with families, students, and athletes to grow memberships, within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Ability to work independently while building client relationships.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
