D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive appointment setting and outbound outreach, building relationships with families and athletes to grow memberships. You will work with a dynamic coaching team to convert leads into in-person consultations and long-term memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service environments.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads by phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adults to understand goals.
• Coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM accurately.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
