DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Sales to drive sales performance and athlete engagement in our store. You will coach teammates, deliver exceptional service, and implement key business strategies to create an athlete-first culture that brings the DICK'S brand to life.

You will lead a high-impact retail team, collaborate with the Store Manager on planning and staffing, and develop others through hands-on coaching, performance reviews, and targeted hiring.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-focused roles.
• 1–3 years in retail management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans.
• Directly manages a team of Captains and coaches the broader store team.
• Upholds merchandising standards and leads company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, etc.).
• Leads training initiatives and develops staff with hands-on coaching and stretch assignments.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and payroll alignment with budget goals.
• Hires and builds strong teams with Captain-level leadership, guiding interview and hiring practices.
• Ensures policies, safety and standard operating procedures are followed, and fosters an inclusive store environment.

Educación

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-3 years experience

1-3 of retail management experience
