Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and forecasts, ensuring operational strategies align with goals.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and guides broader store staff through coaching and development.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, drives loyalty programs and sells initiatives.
• Leads training initiatives to elevate teammate performance and accountability.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans and oversees payroll and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
