Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications or related area.
• 5-7 years experience including 5+ years of leadership experience, 3+ years of store leadership/general manager experience, 5+ years of retail/hospitality/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and lead a diverse hourly and salaried team.
• Partner with directors to drive customer service and athlete-first experience.
• Hire, interview, and develop teammates; conduct Day 1 Orientation.
• Plan events, manage budgets, and drive store P&L performance.
• Schedule staffing and monitor community and in-store events.
