Under guidance from store managers, you will plan workforce needs, delegate tasks, and lead by example to deliver exceptional service and results. This role requires flexible availability and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Golf experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with hiring and developing teammates and conducting in-store interviews.
• Plan and execute daily tasks, game plans, and store events with leadership guidance.
• Leverage teammates to meet priorities and ensure processes are followed.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets and inventory.
• Provide training on procedures and programs and onboard new teammates.
• Coach teammates and communicate the why behind tasks and plans.
• Support leadership in daily store operations and safety procedures.
• Foster an inclusive, safe store environment for teammates and customers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
