• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans, forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Ensure operational strategies support long-term success and identify opportunities (e.g., BOPIS, ship-from-store).
• Directly manage a team of Captains and influence broader team through coaching and development.
• Model outstanding athlete experiences by providing accurate, knowledgeable product and assortment information.
• Lead training initiatives and develop stretch assignments to grow teammates.
