Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages Captains (Supervisors) and develops the broader store team through coaching and performance management.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, drives company programs, and models exceptional service and leadership behaviors.
• Leads training initiatives to develop leaders and ensures teammates are equipped to deliver elevated athlete experiences.
