Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and coaches the broader store team.
• Upholds merchandising standards and programs; delivers athlete-first experiences.
• Leads training initiatives and develops leadership abilities across the team.
• Oversees staffing plans, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget goals.
• Hires and builds strong teams; guides interviewing and selection processes.
• Ensures safety, policies, and procedures are followed consistently.
